To develop and promote good fellowship and camaraderie among Lady Highlander Basketball parents, players, coaches, and fans.

To be responsible role models and demonstrate positive influences toward the growth of Lady Highlander Basketball.

To help promote a wider interest and generate overall community support for the Lady Highlander Basketball program.

To establish educational and charitable contributions to the Lady Highlander basketball teams.

To provide significant scholarships to qualified/eligible graduating senior team members.

To contribute logistical, financial, and institutional assistance to any and all Lady Highlander Basketball endeavors.
